• A deposit is collected for some services at the time of booking to secure your appointment

  • 72 hours is required to reschedule your appointment. Your deposit will be transferred to your new booking date so long as this time is provided

  • If your appointment is cancelled without at least 48 hrs notice or you fail to show up to your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.

  • Prices are subject to change anytime

  • Consultations are not mandatory except for those who’ve had previous work from another artist. It is important for your permanent makeup artist to assess the current colour and condition prior to starting your sessions.

  • Aftercare is the client’s responsibility. Following the aftercare instructions is imperative and directly related to your healed results.

  • Some clients may require additional touch ups initially and may require more frequent touch ups. This is out of our control due to skin type. In rare cases, results may not retain in the skin, this is not the fault of your artist but rather that certain skins do not absorb the pigments and/or the skin rejects pigments.
